Alfred P. Sloan Foundation
A two-year fellowship for early-career, tenure-track but untenured faculty at U.S. and Canadian institutions in chemistry, computer science, Earth system science, economics, mathematics, neuroscience, and physics. Awardees receive research funds usable for staffing, travel, equipment, and summer salary. Candidates are nominated by department heads or senior researchers.
