Fellowships for women scientists from Science and Technology-Lagging Countries (STLCs) to pursue PhD or early-career research in natural sciences, engineering, and IT at host institutes in the developing world. The program is a UNESCO initiative funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
