The Open Notebook
A 12-month, part-time, remote fellowship for early-career science journalists with fewer than three years of regular professional science-writing experience; applicants outside the U.S. are welcome. Fellows work with a mentor to report and write four 1,500-2,000-word articles for The Open Notebook and receive a $6,600 stipend. The fellowship is funded by the Burroughs Wellcome Fund.
