JPMorgan Chase
A paid 15-week returnship program at JPMorgan Chase for experienced professionals, including technologists, who have been out of the workforce for two or more years due to caregiving or other personal responsibilities. Participants are placed on active teams doing real work, with structured support and mentoring, and many convert to full-time roles. While open to all genders, the program was designed with returning women in mind and actively recruits diverse candidates.
