PIFI funds international researchers at every career stage to work at Chinese Academy of Sciences institutes, including a CAS-TWAS track that supports 200 international PhD students per year at UCAS, USTC or CAS institutes with tuition waivers, travel support and a monthly allowance. Applications are made through a CAS-affiliated host researcher, not directly by individuals.
