Six $5,000 scholarships for women enrolled in a college or trade school preparing them to enter the HVACR industry, split into a technical-college/trade-school track and a four-year bachelor's degree track. A GPA of 3.0 or greater is required. Applications received before June 1 are considered for that year's awards and later ones roll into the following cycle, with recipients announced between July and August. Applicants submit an essay of at least 500 words alongside a cover letter and a transcript, answering questions on what motivated them toward HVACR, their long-term professional goals, and the most important issues facing the field. An additional $2,665 award is offered through HVACRedu.net's Tech Launch Program.
