An NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates at the University of Virginia focused on systems biology and biomedical data science. Over roughly 10 weeks in the summer, participants conduct mentored biomedical engineering research combining wet-lab experiments with computational modeling, and receive a stipend. Applications are submitted through the NSF ETAP system.
