About This Program

A USDA scholarship for U.S. citizens pursuing a bachelor's degree at one of the nineteen 1890 land-grant universities in agriculture, food, natural resource sciences, or related disciplines. The award covers full tuition, fees, books, and room and board, and includes paid summer internships at USDA that may convert to full-time employment after graduation. Open to high school seniors entering their freshman year as well as rising college sophomores and juniors with a 3.0+ GPA.
