An NSA-designated Center of Excellence in Cyber Operations, the University of Tulsa's Cyber Corps is a CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service program covering tuition, stipends, and paid summer internships for students in computer science, engineering, mathematics, and related fields, including an intensive 'MacGyver Track' in reverse engineering and cyber operations. Recipients commit to post-graduation government service.
