Excellence scholarships financed by the legacy of Justus and Louise van Effen for outstanding international students admitted to a two-year MSc programme at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. The award covers the full tuition fee per year for the TU Delft MSc programme plus a contribution toward living expenses. Applicants must hold at least a conditional offer for a regular two-year TU Delft MSc and rank among the top 10 percent of graduates of their previous study programme.
