T-TEN is Toyota's technician training network, a partnership between community colleges and vocational schools and the Toyota and Lexus dealership network that trains and places factory-certified service technicians. The programme states that its graduates have gone into positions across more than 1,400 Toyota and Lexus dealerships nationwide, and that students earn certifications from Toyota and Lexus alongside credentials from wider industry bodies such as ASE. It sits in the same manufacturer-sponsored technician category as Ford ASSET and Mopar CAP, giving students a route into dealership service work through a partner college rather than an open-enrolment trade school. Enrolment runs through the participating colleges listed on the programme site.
