Taiwan's Ministry of Education Scholarship covers tuition and a monthly living allowance (NTD 15,000-20,000) for foreign nationals with strong academic records pursuing degrees in Taiwan, for up to four years at undergraduate or doctoral level and two years at Master's level. Applicants apply through a Republic of China overseas mission and separately to a Taiwanese university.
