About This Program

Sri Lanka's National Science Foundation funds full-time postgraduate research leading to MPhil or PhD degrees for graduates registered at recognized Sri Lankan universities, covering up to two years for MPhil and three years for PhD/MD research. The 2026 first call for applications is currently open.
