Awards of up to $3,000 from the Society of Toxicology to doctoral students undertaking a toxicology internship outside their own academic institution, in industry, government or a nonprofit organization. The internship must run at least six consecutive weeks between May and August, and the award supplements costs such as travel to the internship site, local housing and stipend. Applicants submit internship objectives, research goals and planned methodology, plus letters from their graduate advisor and director of graduate studies and documentation of acceptance from the host.
