A*STAR / NUS / NTU / SUTD / SMU
SINGA is a Singapore-government-funded PhD scholarship in science and engineering, jointly run by A*STAR and the Singapore Autonomous Universities (NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD), open to applicants of any nationality. It covers up to four years of full tuition, a monthly stipend (S$2,700 rising to S$3,200), a settling-in allowance and an airfare grant, with no post-study service bond.
