A South Carolina Commission on Higher Education scholarship that supplements Lottery Tuition Assistance to cover tuition and mandatory fees remaining after all other scholarships and grants, for residents enrolled in critical workforce programmes across the South Carolina Technical College System. Priority programme categories are set by the state from statewide critical-workforce data and span both academic and workforce development offerings leading to an industry-recognised credential, certificate, diploma or degree. Awards reach a maximum of $5,000 per academic year, for up to three years in an associate degree programme or two years for a credential, diploma or professional certificate.
