Duke University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
A dual-campus full-ride covering tuition, room and board and most mandatory fees for eight semesters at Duke or UNC-Chapel Hill, with scholars taking classes and living on both campuses. The funding extends well past tuition: up to three fully funded summer experiences, conference funding during the academic year and two semesters of study abroad, which in practice underwrites research placements and field work for science and engineering scholars. There are two entry routes, one for high school students and one for current Duke and UNC students. The programme is actively recruiting, having announced its Class of 2030 scholars in May 2026.
