Selection weighs a submitted essay, cumulative GPA, demonstrated leadership, extracurricular involvement and overall undergraduate achievement including internships and case competitions; applicants are expected to have completed or be planning a supply chain internship. Beyond tuition assistance, scholars receive executive mentoring, junior mentoring and industry networking - the programme's stated aim is to fast-track future supply chain leaders into the profession. 2026 recipients came from schools including the University of Arkansas, the University of Tennessee and the University of South Carolina.
