A STEM graduate fellowship sponsored by the governments of Australia, India, Japan and the United States (open to citizens and residents of the Quad and ASEAN countries) for students pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in a STEM field at a U.S. university. Fellows receive a stipend for academic expenses plus a year of cross-cultural programming and an in-person summit. Administered by the Institute of International Education.
