University of Massachusetts Amherst

Official Website qnumerics.org

About This Program

A week-long summer school at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, 21–27 June 2026, on the computational methods that quantum information science actually runs on. The core audience is graduate students, postdocs and working professionals in QIS; exceptional undergraduates are admitted case by case and receive free admission. A hackathon component lets participants contribute to open-source scientific software rather than only attend lectures, which distinguishes it from lecture-only quantum schools. Registration is handled through the University of Massachusetts events system linked from the programme page.
