An NSF-funded 10-week summer research programme in Purdue's Department of Physics and Astronomy, open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The programme starts in Memorial Day week and gives undergraduates the chance to work on active research projects with faculty mentors. Applications are reviewed from early February and accepted until all positions are filled, so applying before February 1 is advised for full consideration; allowances can be made for students whose summer break starts later, though the end date is fixed.
