Paleontological Research Institution
An annual $500 award for a graduate student (master's or Ph.D.) pursuing research in any area of systematic paleontology, covering research supplies, bench fees or travel for fieldwork, museum visits or conference presentations. Applicants email a two-page project description with budget, and the primary research advisor sends a separate recommendation letter, by April 30 each year. Recipients provide a progress report within one year.
