Named scholarships for second-year community college, junior, senior and graduate students in engineering, water resources, water or environmental technology, public administration or environmental health who attend school or live within the section (Oregon, Washington, northern Idaho). In 2025 the section awarded $60,000 to twelve students; applications generally open January through February.
