About This Program

A paid 10- to 12-week summer research internship at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Washington. Interns are matched with a mentor and placed in one of five research divisions within PNNL's Energy and Environment Directorate. Disciplines include electrical, mechanical and systems engineering, data science, computer science, cybersecurity, materials science, coastal science and chemistry. Open to undergraduate and graduate students; applications typically open in the fall for the following summer and are posted on PNNL's careers page.
