Annual graduate research fellowships from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. The Daniel P. Jenny Research Fellowship is open to any research topic relevant to the precast concrete industry that advances the state of the art of precast concrete design, fabrication or construction. The Dennis R. Mertz Bridge Research Fellowship, established in 2017 in honour of the University of Delaware civil engineering professor, is restricted to research on the design, materials or construction of precast concrete bridges. Fellowships typically conclude with a master's thesis and a summary paper in the PCI Journal. Proposals are submitted electronically to [email protected] against the annual fellowship solicitation.
