Patti Grace Smith Fellowship
An award-winning fellowship that gives extraordinary undergraduates their first work experience in the aerospace industry, pairing a paid summer internship at a leading aerospace organization with personalized mentorship and a cohort of driven peers and early-career professionals. Designed as a pathway into the industry for students who have not yet had a major aerospace internship, with a track record of developing talent in historically underserved Black communities. Open to U.S.-based undergraduate and associate-degree students legally permitted to work in the United States.
