Field-based undergraduate study programmes run by the Organization for Tropical Studies in Costa Rica and South Africa, covering field biology, ecology, global health and conservation across a diversity of community settings and ecosystems. Current offerings are African Ecology and Conservation in South Africa, Tropical Biology on a Changing Planet in Costa Rica, and a shorter Tropical Biology summer course. Students live and work as part of an international, multicultural cohort at OTS field stations, learning research design and field methods directly in the systems they study.
