Two $1,000 awards from the National Society of High School Scholars Foundation recognising high school students of any grade level with a minimum 3.0 GPA who excel in and contribute to STEM. Applicants submit an educator recommendation, a 500-800 word essay on why they chose STEM, a transcript and an academic resume. The 2026 cycle opened 8 May and closes 20 October.
