Summer internships and co-ops across Northrop Grumman's aircraft, space, cyber and missile systems businesses, open to students in science, technology and engineering disciplines. Interns are paired with mentors from across the organisation and work at sites worldwide; the company reports more than 300 colleges and universities represented and a 71% intern-to-full-time conversion rate. Summer placements run roughly May/June to August/September, with recruiting typically opening the previous autumn.
