Administered with the National Research Council of the National Academies, this two-year fellowship supports U.S. postdoctoral scientists and engineers conducting advanced research aligned with the NIST mission. Applicants must be U.S. citizens who have held a PhD in a STEM discipline for less than five years. Applications are reviewed twice yearly, with deadlines on February 1 and August 1.
