A fellowship supporting STEM undergraduates from five Irish universities — Dublin City University, Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork, University College Dublin, and University of Galway — to undertake an approximately ten-week summer research placement at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. Research areas include the Center for Research Computing, nanoscience through NDnano, physics, and wireless technology. The fellowship covers a stipend for travel and living expenses. Candidates are nominated by faculty advisors, with each home university forwarding two nominees.
