National Asphalt Pavement Association
Scholarships for U.S. citizens enrolled full-time in civil engineering, construction management or construction engineering at accredited four-year universities or two-year technical institutions, supporting future asphalt pavement industry professionals. Since 1994 the program has awarded $3.5 million to more than 2,300 students. Academic and merit awards are administered through participating state asphalt associations, with additional technical/trade (Acott/Wilson) and graduate (Road Scholars) tracks; recipients may re-apply.
