The scholarship arm of Medtronic Spark, a ten-year global commitment to move one million students from low-income households into health tech careers alongside Medtronic Spark Credentials and Medtronic Spark Innovator Labs. Up to 100 new scholarships are awarded each year, worth up to US$15,000 a year in the United States or up to US$10,000 a year elsewhere, renewable for the duration of a degree up to four years; credential-program awards are one-time and non-renewable. It supports students pursuing accredited associate or bachelor degrees, or job-ready credentials, in health technology and related fields. Applicants must live in an eligible listed country and demonstrate financial need through documentation including academic transcripts. Recipients to date come from countries including the United States, Mexico, Nigeria, India, Argentina, Colombia and China. The programme runs on rolling cycles rather than a single fixed deadline, with an interest list for upcoming rounds.
