The training arm of the Laborers' International Union of North America, delivering apprenticeship and craft upgrade training for construction craft laborers through affiliated regional training centres across the United States and Canada. Curriculum areas span general construction craft skills plus specialised certifications in areas such as hazardous waste and environmental remediation, scaffold work, pipe laying, concrete work and confined-space and site safety - the certification-heavy end of construction labour where credentials gate access to specific job classifications.
