The intern programmes of the Kansas City National Security Campus, the NNSA non-nuclear component manufacturing site managed by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies. Interns are assigned real project work against the site's engineering and advanced-manufacturing mission rather than shadow assignments. KCNSC also participates in NNSA-wide academic pipelines, including the Minority Serving Institution Partnership Program (MSIPP) Advanced Manufacturing Consortium and the Military Academy Collaboration, which places cadets, midshipmen and faculty at Nuclear Security Enterprise sites.
