IEEE Electron Devices Society
Five awards of US $1,000 plus a plaque are given each year to full-time undergraduate engineering students who are IEEE EDS student members and have completed a microelectronic devices or fabrication course with a B or better. Candidates must show strong interest in graduate study in the electron devices field and be nominated by an EDS member.
