IEEE Electron Devices Society
One-year fellowships of US $5,000 (plus travel support to IEDM if needed) support full-time PhD study and research in the electron devices field, with about three awarded yearly across the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia & Pacific. Candidates must be IEEE EDS student members nominated by an EDS member, and only one candidate per institution can win.
