EAIFR runs a two-year MSc in physics at the University of Rwanda's Nyarugenge Campus in Kigali, with graduates receiving a master's degree from the University of Rwanda. The first year is common and the second is specialized in Condensed Matter Physics, High Energy, Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics, or Physics of the Solid Earth, ending with a thesis. Applicants need a B.Sc. (or higher) mainly in physics or a closely related field and fluent English. Scholarships are available for Rwandan students plus a small number for students from other countries.
