One of the Helmholtz Information and Data Science research schools, based in Berlin and Potsdam, Germany. Doctoral researchers are co-supervised by a data scientist and a domain scientist across partners including TU Berlin, Charite, the Alfred Wegener Institute, DESY, GFZ Potsdam and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin. Fellowships are funded for four years, with the next cohort starting in January 2027 at the earliest.
