The University of Glasgow in Scotland offers Wellcome Trust-funded summer research scholarships for undergraduates in science, maths, engineering or medicine (3rd year in Scotland or 2nd year in England) to work 4-8 weeks on biomedical research projects with Glasgow academic teams. The stipend is approximately GBP 3,322 for an 8-week project, with extra support possible for travel or accommodation, and 50% of places are reserved for widening-participation students. Projects start from June.
