About This Program

A national network of cybersecurity camps for secondary students and teachers, funded jointly by the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation and aligned with the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity programme. Camps are offered in in-person, virtual and combination formats and are provided at no cost to student or teacher participants, with grant funding covering the expense so that cost is never a barrier. The programme aims to raise awareness of cybersecurity content and career pathways at the secondary level, build college and career readiness, and develop lifelong skills for navigating digital spaces safely. Individual camps are hosted by universities and colleges across the country and each runs its own application; the solicitation for institutions to host Summer 2027 camps has been released.
