A scholarship programme of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, administered through Campus France, that helps French higher education institutions attract international students to master's and doctoral programmes. Priority STEM fields are biology and health, ecological transition, mathematics and digital science, and engineering sciences. As of January 2026 the allowance is EUR 1,200 a month at master's level and EUR 2,100 a month at doctoral level, plus transport, insurance and housing support. Students cannot apply directly - applications must be submitted by a French higher education institution, so prospective candidates contact the institution's international relations office for its internal deadline.
