Official Website techforce.org

About This Program

Ford Philanthropy and Ford Dealers fund $5,000 tuition scholarships, administered by TechForce Foundation, for students pursuing careers in auto, diesel, or auto/diesel technology. The award is need-based and applied directly to the student's school tuition account, where it may be used for the full cost of attendance including tuition, tools, living expenses, and transportation. Applicants must have a completed FAFSA, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and be enrolled in good standing in an eligible post-secondary auto or auto/diesel technician programme. Applying means creating a free TechForce profile, selecting a post-secondary tech school, and completing the general application with the scholarship questions.
