The Entertainment Software Association Foundation's scholarship for undergraduates from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing degrees leading to careers as video game creators - covering computer science, software engineering, game programming, digital art and animation, audio and game design. The Foundation has awarded more than 500 scholarships since 2007 with the stated aim of creating opportunities for students who want a voice in the video games industry. It is one of very few national awards written around games and interactive entertainment as a technical discipline rather than around computing in general.
