University of Strathclyde
A fully funded PhD training centre in applied quantum technologies led by the University of Strathclyde with the University of Glasgow and Heriot-Watt University, supported by EPSRC and more than 30 industry partners. Research spans quantum measurement and sensing, quantum computing and simulation, and quantum communications and networks. First cohorts started in 2025; applications for 2027/2028 entry open in November 2026.
