The Engineering Development Trust runs UK-wide STEM experiences for school and college students, centred on the Industrial Cadets accreditation. Students explore STEM subjects and career pathways through school-group projects, individual placements, and industry work experience, working towards a recognised Industrial Cadets Award at a level appropriate to their age.
