A day-long workshop held at the ENAR Spring Meeting every year since 1999, aimed at drawing quantitatively skilled early-career scholars into biostatistics. The programme includes graduate school and career panels, roundtables, and breakout sessions on scientific writing and R coding. Travel support is primarily provided for undergraduate students; high school students, current graduate students in (bio)statistics and mentoring faculty also attend. Around 100 places are offered per year and demand has consistently exceeded them.
