Travel grants of EUR 250 awarded each year by the European Aquaculture Society Student Group to students presenting research at the Aquaculture Europe conference. Applicants must be student members of EAS, must have submitted an abstract for an oral presentation at the conference, and must be actively working in aquaculture or aquatic sciences research. The grant covers travel or participation costs, and the programme exists to widen student participation, support early-career researchers and build networks across the international aquaculture community. Aquaculture is an underserved route into applied marine biology, fish health and food-systems engineering careers.
