EarthScope Student Career Internship Program

Official Website earthscope.org

About This Program

A paid summer internship at the EarthScope Consortium, distinct from the organisation's RESESS research internship: placements here span seismology, geodesy, data science, software development, education and science communication rather than a single research project. Interns work full-time for at least eleven weeks, typically mid-May to early August, at $1,000 per week, with remote flexibility, assigned mentorship and professional-development programming. Open to undergraduates, graduate students and recent graduates within one year of finishing, who must be authorised to work in the United States for the duration. Applications close February 15 each year and are submitted through EarthScope's portal.
