A free six-week programme from The Coding School introducing undergraduates to quantum computing with an emphasis on quantum cybersecurity, and paying a $1,600 stipend to every accepted student. Three weeks of virtual lectures and labs are followed by three weeks of mentored research or an internship placement delivered hybrid, virtual or in person. The 2026 cohort runs 29 June to 7 August. Eligibility is limited to enrolled undergraduates or 2026 graduating high school seniors who are authorised to work in the US, live in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area, and have completed an introductory computer science course or have basic Python fluency. Acceptances are rolling until the course fills.
